Today, the media is full of messages of what the “perfect body” is. The truth is, there is no “perfect body.” Throughout social media, there is a plethora of influencers on many platforms who spread this message, along with several other messages surrounding body positivity and self love. Social media can be full of toxic messages surrounding body image at times, but these influencers remind their followers the importance of body positivity. Here are a few you should check out!
Brittani Lancaster
Using her platforms on TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube, Brittani Lancaster spreads messages about positive body image. One of her main pieces of content she creates are “What I Eat in a Day'' videos on TikTok, where she goes through her day filming what she eats.
